RayMax Fleet — Version 2.1 — 08/08/2026 · Ivorian Law
Purpose
RayMax is an online SaaS fleet management software: vehicle tracking, maintenance, driver payouts, owner accounts, and operational modules.
These Terms define access terms, rights, and obligations of all parties.
Definitions
- Client — The subscription holding enterprise.
- User — Any physical person authorized by the Client to use the platform.
Service Access
Access requires creating an organization account. The Client guarantees information accuracy.
Account & Security
Any action executed from a Client account is deemed performed by the Client.
Subscription & Payment
Subscription prices are stated in FCFA (XOF). Payments accepted via Mobile Money (Wave, Orange, MTN), bank cards, or transfers.
Client Obligations
The Client agrees to use the software in compliance with applicable laws.
Availability & Support
RayMaxFleet targets 99.5% uptime SLA. Support is available by email (support@raymaxfleet.com) and phone (+225 07 00 00 00 00) or on WhatsApp.
Intellectual Property
RayMax, its logos, software code, and databases are the exclusive property of RayMaxFleet.
Liability
RayMaxFleet provides a decision support tool. RayMaxFleet is not liable for indirect managerial losses.
Termination
Either party may terminate the subscription in accordance with contract terms.
Applicable Law
These Terms are governed by Ivorian law. Jurisdiction is granted to Abidjan courts.
